Working as a Project Managers - Insurance Transformation
We are embarking on exciting large-scale transformation programs for some of the top 15 insurers in Belgium and are looking for talented new colleagues to join our team!
- Ambitious with a strong interest and proven experience in the insurance industry?
- Passionate about helping organizations achieve operational excellence by transforming their operating models, designing cutting-edge processes, and implementing effective business and technology solutions?
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects
- Work closely with clients to translate their strategy into actionable operating models
- Drive operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing business processes, including automation
- Contribute to developing technology strategies that align with business goals
- Engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple functional areas, both internally and externally
- Proven expertise in consulting and insurance
- Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by challenges
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Dutch/French
- Comfortable working both autonomously and in teams, with a creative and conscientious approach
- Skilled in planning, scoping, and analysis
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, customer-focused, and passionate about the insurance industry
