Working as a Data Project Manager

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data project goals with business objectives
  • Ensure data projects comply with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively
  • Communicate progress and key deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management

  • Proven experience managing data projects in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Familiarity with Solvency II, IFRS 17, or other regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for team collaboration and stakeholder communication
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field

  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience with data platforms and migration processes
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
