Working as a Data Analyst (Insurance Reporting & Insights)

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for insurance clients
- Develop dashboards and reports for regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, IFRS 17, DORA)
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing to support business strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Monitor KPIs and create automated reports to track business and operational performance
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector (e.g., Solvency II, DORA)
- Bachelor or masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with SQL and data querying for large datasets
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake)
- Certifications in data visualization or analytics
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics in insurance
