The Ensur Company, a fast-growing total service partner for end-to-end transformations in the insurance and pension industry, announces the acquisition of flexIQ, a leading specialised Dutch consultancy firm for pension administrators, insurers pension funds and softwareprovidors of pensionadministration-solutions. With deep expertise at the intersection of IT and pension business processes, flexIQ delivers high-impact transformation projects across the pension value chain.
This acquisition follows the recent acquisition of Colosseus Consult and marks another significant milestone in The Ensur Company’s ambitious buy-and-build strategy. By welcoming flexIQ to the group, The Ensur Company further strengthens its footprint in the Netherlands and expands its capabilities to support insurers, pension administrators and pension software providers in complex transformation, digitalisation and regulatory programs.
As a result of the acquisition, The Ensur Company grows to 240 consultants across Belgium and the Netherlands and increases annual revenue to approximate €46 million. Supported by its strong partnership with Down2Earth Capital, the group is strongly positioned to accelerate its growth ambition, further expand its portfolio of specialised brands, and continue to invest in talent and strategic acquisitions that increase value for their clients.
