The Ensur Company accelerates its buy-and-build strategy with the acquisition of Colosseus Consult

The Ensur Company, a fast-growing total solution partner for end-to-end transformations in the insurance and pension industry, announces the acquisition of Colosseus Consult, a leading Dutch consultancy firm specialised in data-driven transformation. With deep expertise in data migrations, data quality, actuarial services and process optimisation, Colosseus further strengthens The Ensur Company’s position in the Netherlands.
The acquisition marks the next major milestone in The Ensur Company’s growth journey, following the strategic partnership with Down2Earth Capital. It confirms the company’s ambitious buy-and-build strategy, with further acquisitions planned in the coming years.
As a result of the acquisition, The Ensur Company grows to 150 consultants across Belgium and the Netherlands and increases annual revenue to approximate €30 million.
