Down 2 Earth Capital invests in The Ensur Company

Down2Earth Capital (D2E), a leading Belgian private equity firm, has acquired a stake in The Ensur Company, a rapidly growing ecosystem of expert firms dedicated to transformation in the insurance sector. This strategic investment will fuel The Ensur Company’s ambitious buy-and-build strategy, further strengthening its position as an end-to-end transformation partner for the insurance & pension industry across Europe.
Founded in 2014 by five industry experts, The Ensur Company has evolved from a specialized consultancy firm into a house of brands offering expertise in large-scale (Business & IT) transformations, risk & compliance and data & digital services. In 2020 The Ensur Company expanded beyond Belgium by founding Ensur NL in partnership with Colosseus seizing opportunities in the Dutch pension and insurance market.

The partnership with Down 2 Earth Capital will provide The Ensur Company with the financial backing and strategic support to grow both organically and through targeted acquisitions, strengthening its service portfolio and international reach. As an immediate result of this partnership, The Ensur Company has reached an agreement with Colosseus to acquire its shares in Ensur NL, securing full ownership of the Dutch entity.
